Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who we are

asfouri.agency (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Phoenicurus Ochruros Unipessoal LDA, NIPC 517 777 339, registered office Rua Prof. Joaquim Bastos, n.º 31, 2.º A, 4200-604 Porto, Portugal, trading as asfouri. Contact: hello@asfouri.media. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. What the Service does

asfouri helps organisations discover funding they may be eligible for. We gather calls from official EU and national portals and use AI to match them to the profile you provide, then present a compatibility score and, on purchase, a detailed report.

Funding information is guidance, not advice, and carries no guarantee. Deadlines, budgets and eligibility rules are set by the funding bodies and can change at any time. We do our best to keep data accurate and current, but you must always verify each call on its official portal before applying. Matching does not guarantee eligibility, and nothing we provide guarantees that you will receive funding.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include Portuguese VAT (IVA) at the standard rate of 23%. Payments are one-off (there is no subscription) and are processed securely by Stripe. VAT-registered businesses in other EU member states may request an intra-community (reverse-charge) invoice by emailing us with a valid VAT number before purchase.

4. Delivery

  • Full Report is digital content delivered immediately on successful payment (unlocked on the site and emailed as a PDF).
  • Deep Search is a service delivered as a curated, ranked shortlist, normally within 3 working days.
  • Grant Sprint is a bespoke consulting engagement, scoped and agreed separately by a written proposal and its own terms.

5. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU). Please note two exceptions that apply here:

  • Digital content (Full Report): by proceeding to payment you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report is unlocked.
  • Services (Deep Search): if you ask us to begin within the 14-day period, you may still withdraw, but you must pay for the work performed up to that point; once the service is fully performed the right of withdrawal is lost.

See our Refund & Withdrawal Policy for how to exercise this.

6. Your report and intellectual property

The Service, its content and the compiled reports are our intellectual property. When you buy a report you receive a licence to use it for your own organisation’s funding purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or scrape the Service or its data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or extract data from it by automated means.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for funding decisions made by third parties or for losses arising from reliance on funding information you did not verify on the official source.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, as a consumer you may turn to alternative dispute resolution — CICAP (Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto, territorially competent) or CNIACC (national residual entity) — under Law 144/2015, or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, dated above.
