Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Our commitment
asfouri, a brand of Phoenicurus Ochruros Unipessoal LDA (NIPC 517 777 339), is committed to making asfouri.agency accessible to everyone, in line with the European Accessibility Act — Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed into Portuguese law by Decreto-Lei n.º 82/2022 and, where applicable, Decreto-Lei n.º 83/2018.
Conformance standard
This statement applies to the public asfouri.agency website, excluding restricted administrative areas. The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, aligned with the European standard EN 301 549.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions.
- A “skip to content” link and full keyboard navigation with visible focus.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA, and a design that scales with text and screen size (responsive down to small phones).
- Respect for the “reduced motion” setting — non-essential animation is disabled for users who prefer it.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Third-party components. The Stripe checkout and the embedded booking calendar are provided by third parties; their accessibility is governed by those providers, though both maintain their own accessibility programmes.
- Blurred previews. The blurred call previews on the report page are decorative placeholders and are hidden from assistive technology.
We treat accessibility as ongoing and fix issues as we find them.
